How Do I Transfer Notes From iPhone 5C To iPhone 6?


I have many Notes on my iPhone 5c and just received an iPhone 6 – Yay!  So how do I transfer the Notes from the 5c to the 6?  I have airdropped several to my MacBook Pro but a) cannot find them – yikes – and b) do not know how to get the Notes to iPhone 6…please help! THANKS!
