Different Ways to Print iPhone Text Messaging Conversation

As many people inquire whether there it is possible to print the text messaging conversation from iPhone, I would like to introduce a couple of different ways to print iPhone text messages from Mac and Windows computers.

If you are using Mac and you have Apple Message configured for your account, you can print text conversations because all of your messages will be available on the computer as well as your iPhone. All you have to do is open the conversation on your computer, and choose File and then Print.

If you are using a Windows, you have a couple of options.

One is to take screen shots of the text conversation and mail them to yourself and then print the screenshots from computer. If you have a large number of messages and very long text conversation, it may require quite a number of screenshots.

The other option is to use a third-party utility to transfer the messages to your computer, and from there you should be able to print them out. I myself have used this kind of program to extract all my messages to computer for alternative backup and viewable record keeping and I would like to recommend iFonebox which is actually a specialized iPhone data recovery software.

Here I would like to demonstrate with detailed steps about how to export and transfer the messages to your computer, and then print the exported messages as you want.

Note: iFonebox is available for both Windows and Mac, which means that you can transfer the iPhone text conversation to both your Windows and Mac computer for printing. Do remember to choose the right version to download and install.

> Install and run iFonebox.
> Connect your iPhone to Computer.
> Click Start after your iPhone is recognized by iFonebox.
> Choose messages to scan selectively by clicking on the icon of Messages from the interface listing all the supported data categories.
> Wait until the data scanning and analyzing completes.
> Preview the exported messages and select all to transfer to your computer for printing.

Note: If you are using the trial version, you can only export the messages. You need to pay for the registration code to transfer the messages to computer successfully.

The messages will be exported to 2 different formats including CSV and HTML, choose the one  you like for printing.
