How To Access iPhone Data from iCloud?


If you have an Apple ID account, you should know that some of your Apple content, including apps downloaded from iTunes and the Mac App Store, your iCloud email, and iTunes songs are automatically stored and available in your iTunes and iCloud accounts, which means that data can be re-downloaded, with your password, if ever lost or deleted. Do you know that there is more than one way to access and export iPhone data saved to iCloud? Today, I would like to introduce three different ways to access and export data from iCloud.

Access from

Enter on your browser and log in with your iCloud account.
Choose any kind of data like Contacts, calendar, Photos, Notes, Reminders and etc to view and export.
For example, you can click on Contacts and you will be presented with a list of all the contacts that have been synced from your iPhone.
Click on the icon of Settings, you will see the option of exporting.
You can choose to export all the contacts if you would like to.
Note: You can only access data from on computer rather than on iPhone or iPad.


Access from iCloud Control Panel

If you have downloaded and installed the control panel for iCloud, you can access the icloud data from the iCloud Panel.
Sign in to the iCloud control panel with your Apple ID.
You will be presented with a list of different services and files which have been synced.
Choose the data you want to sync to your computer.


Access Data with Third Party Utility iFonebox

There is a piece of third party iPhone data recovery software named iFonebox which is capable of exporting all the important data including Contacts, Notes, Messages, Reminders, Photos, Voice Memos and Calendars ect from the iCloud backup. Here is how.

> Install and run iFonebox.
Note:  iFonebox is available for both Windows and Mac, please choose the right version to download and install.
> Choose the recovery mode of “Recover from iCloud Backup”.
> Sign in to iCloud account with your Apple ID.
> Choose an iCloud backup file to download.
> A window will pop up for you to select which kind of data you would like to download from the iCloud backup.
> The downloading process may take quite a long time, if your backup file is large. Make sure you are connected to a fast Wi-Fi network.
> Choose a certain data that has been download from iCloud backup to scan selectively after the downloading process is completed.
> The data will be presented after the scanning is finished. Choose whatever you want to recover and transfer to your computer for convenient access.
