When you are mad at some one, especially someone you are in a relationship with, you are always tempered to deleted the entire conversation with him or her. In most cases, you will regret abut doing so and want to get back the deleted conversation just for future memory. Thankfully, there are a couple of different ways that can help you restore the deleted conversation text messages.

Restore the Deleted Conversation Text from iTunes Backup

If you have manually backed up your iPhone to your computer before the compulsive deletion, you can get back the deleted conversation by restoring from the iTunes backup file, as the whole messages history is included in the iTunes backup file. Follow the steps below to restore the deleted conversation text messages.

>Connect your device to the computer that you stored your backup on.
>Open iTunes. If iTunes tells you there’s an iOS update, get the latest version.
>Go to File > Devices > Restore from Backup. If you’re using Windows and don’t see a File menu, press the Alt key.

There are couple of things you seriously you need to pay high attention.
If you are using iPhone 6s or other iPhone models with IOS 9 installed, you should be very careful while restoring from iCloud backup, for there is wired problem with restoring from iCloud Backup created under iOS 9.  You are strongly suggested to backup everything on your iPhone to your computer before the icloud restore. To tell the truth, I prefer to scan the backup file on computer to get back the deleted conversation with third party software than restoring from iCloud backup. I will get nothing to lose even if I cannot get back the deleted conversation.

Restore the Deleted Conversation Directly From iPhone

 Yes, you can get back the deleted message conversation directly from your iPhone, provided that you perform the scanning and recovering right after the deletion, and you have not restored your iPhone from any backup.
