Get Help With The Touchscreen On Your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch

I got an iPhone XS just two days ago. For those two days, it worked just fine. However, I noticed today that the apple restart screen turned on by itself. I force restarted the phone about four times, however, the screen would not respond. Can someone help?

Question one: Your touchscreen is black and won’t turn on

Quick fix:

  1. Force restart your device.
  2. Plug in your device and let it charge for up to one hour.
  3. If you don’t see the charging screen, you should check the jack, USB cable, and power adapter.
