What If My iPhone/iPad Won’t Charge?

I have a problem with the battery. The problem is that when I plug my iPhone to charge he doesn’t make the chime noise and doesn’t show the green battery logo on the screen. He just start charging without making any sound and without showing anything on screen. I have a feeling that something is wrong, so please help!

  6. Let your device charge for another half hour.
  7. If your device still won’t power on or charge, take your device, charging cable, and charging adapter to an Apple Retail Store or apple authorized service provider for evaluation. You can also contact apple support.
